Overview: Stretches of land around Fenghuang (Phoenix) Cattle Farm cover an area of 1.9871m square meters, out of which, approximately 1.0546m square meters needs to be prepared. The project involves about 922 permanent buildings with floor area of approximately 297,500m², and about 136 temporary buildings with projected area of approximately 24,100m². Among the permanent buildings, 819 are residential properties, with floor area of approximately 261,500m²; and 103 are non-residential properties, with floor area of approximately 35,800m².
