Overview: The Nanhua Village, situated in the Huaqiang South area and south of the Binhe Avenue, is close to the Shenzhen River. It's more than 30 years since its completion of construction in 1984. Currently, there are about 70 buildings in the Nanhua Village, covering an area of 169,200m². The existing floor area is 235,000m². Under plan, 2,727 houses need to be abolished.
